No Monkey Business is born out of a simple belief that “Tasty Food Can Be Crafted Without Meat”.
We hope to bring this belief to a wider community and we are convinced there is no better way of doing this than through a plate of well-loved local stir fried (Zi Char 煮炒) dish.
Our chef has been helming the kitchen in various vegetarian food establishment for last three decades and also vegetarian himself. He is a master in stir fried noodles dishes and the sauces he uses are his own special concoction through years of experimenting. His signature dish is the Char Kway Teow which brings back the traditional flavour and bursting with distinctive charred aroma (Wok Hei 鑊氣) of the frying wok every mouth you take.
Our goal is to offer busy Singaporeans quality and fuss free local stir-fried delights in a fast casual concept. Meatless!
